Ever since Blazing Bagels opened our doors, we’ve been asked: “What about Rugelach?” Now we make Rugelach in several flavors and sell them by the pound!

Challah
A Challah is a traditional Jewish Sweet Egg Bread, braided like a
slightly flattened football. Our recipe comes from my Baubie,
Sarah, who I never met, but what a baker!
We prepare our Challah in Plain, Poppy Seed, Sesame and Raisin.
We also make an extraordinarily amazing Apple Cinnamon
challah loaf you simply must experience! Special order your
challah for parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and other celebrations.
Rye Bread
A truly great Jewish Rye has always been hard to find in the Northwest – until now. From scratch, we make our own rye and we’re really proud of it.
We use Shepherd's Grain.
