Challah-Day Stuffing

Traditional herb & onion challah stuffing

Preparation Instructions

You Will Need:

2 Cups Stock

 1 Medium Onion, Diced

2 Large Eggs

3 Tbsp Butter

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1


Set oven to 325 °F. Lightly grease a 9 × 13 inch baking dish.

Step 2


In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion + celery and cook 5–7 minutes, until soft and fragrant. Remove from heat and drain excess liquid

Step 3


In a large bowl, combine: stock, eggs, cooked onion + celery. Add Blazing Bagels Challah Stuffing and stir gently until fully coated. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Step 4


Press mixture evenly in prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 °F for 1 hour or until the top is golden and crisp.

Step 5


Let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite holiday mains — and share the joy.

Tips

• Add cooked sausage or mushrooms for your own twist.

• Freeze leftovers up to 3 months.
